MET: Total Joint Replacement

The Center for Health & Fitness is bridging healthcare and fitness by offering Medical Exercise Training (MET) classes for those with a chronic condition who seeks guidance from a medical exercise specialist.
The MET program, created by Mike Jones, DPT is a six-week program focusing on arthritis and total joint replacements. Each session is two hours consisting of an educational lecture followed by a small group training class led by a medical exercise specialist. This program is designed to be delivered in small group settings and provides participants with the solutions needed to manage these conditions.
